An independent community hospital in West Texas is actively seeking a Physician Assistant to join their Orthopedic practice. With no call or weekend responsibilities, this outpatient role is designed with quality of life in mind.

The Practice:

- Work alongside 2 experienced full-time providers in a supportive, team-oriented practice.
- No OR duties, no call responsibilities, and a consistent schedule means more time for what matters most to you.
- A reasonable patient volume of 15 per day allows you to spend more quality time with patients.
- Practice in a newly upgraded clinic, with an additional $300K investment allocated for orthopedic expansion.
